Pristine Homes began with a straightforward observation: individuals relocating to or within Taipei often encountered difficulty navigating the residential rental market. Language barriers, unfamiliarity with local conventions, and the challenge of assessing property quality from limited information created unnecessary complexity in what should be a manageable process.
Founded in January 2019, our practice emerged from direct experience with these challenges. Having assisted numerous international colleagues and acquaintances in securing housing, we recognized the value of knowledgeable, patient guidance in this area. What began as informal assistance evolved into a dedicated professional service.
